Blue Remembered Hills

Grove Park Theatre are thrilled to be participating in the Clwyd Community Theatre Association's One Act Play Festival, which is at Theatr Clwyd on the 23 & 24 February.
Our submission to the festival is 'Blue Remembered Hills' by Dennis Potter.
This acclaimed classic follows the activities of seven children, played by adults, on a summer afternoon during World War II and captures the traumas of childhood beneath the apparently innocent surface. The children play, fight, fantasize and swagger. Their aggressions, fears, hostilities and rivalries are a microcosm of adult interaction, which unfolds into tragedy.
